Jinan North Equipemnt is engaged in manufacturing BY self-centering automatic welding positioner ,which usually used to move and position the workpiece or weldment, such as the pipe and flange . The positioners can be manipulated easily to accomplish all the welding operations in down hand position, once the workpiece is loaded. With the help of this system, we can reduce handling time and frequent  use of worker. The welding positioners are also used for through circumferential welding, strip cladding, for down hand position welding, to set the workpiece conveniently for easy accessibility to intricate assemblies etc. In addition to Column & Boom, a positioner can also perform any welding tasks with the ease.

The capacity of welding positioner ranges from 10Kg to 5000kg.

Advantage 

1. The rotation structure of the BY self-centering automatic welding positioner is driven by DC motor, while stepless speed regulation can be achieved.;

2. The turning structureof worm and gear has the function of self-lock, and the worktablecan be turned steplessly between 0-90;

3. Special design of anti-electromagnetic, which reduce the hign frequency interference of TIG's welding, and can improve the welding quality effectively;

4. A self-controller can be furnished to control the working condition and working time, which can achieve the linkage of the positioner and welder;

5. The adjustable- welding gun support can be furnished to fix the position of the welding torch; .

6. The track and air-powered tip can be furnished to achieve the function of self holding to the workpiece.
